Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 slices of your favorite bread
  • ¼ tbsp Salt
  • ¼ tbsp Black pepper
  • 1 Lemon or lime juice
  • 1 cherry tomatoes, red onion,rucola optional for topping

Instructions
 

  • Toast the bread to your desired level of crispiness.
  • Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.
  • Mash the avocado flesh with a fork until it reaches your desired consistency.
  • Season the mashed avocado with salt, black pepper, and lemon or lime juice to taste.
  • Spread the seasoned avocado onto the toasted bread.
  • Add your desired toppings, such as cherry tomatoes, red onion and rucola

Tips for Making the Perfect Avocado Toast
