  • 1 A wooden spoon or electric mixer
  • 1 9x5-inch loaf pan
  • 1 Oven

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking soda
  • ½ tbsp salt
  • ½ cup softened butter
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • 4-5 mashed banana
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
  • In a large bowl, mash bananas until the mixture is mostly smooth, with a few small lumps. Stir in melted butter.
  • Beat in the sugar, and vanilla extract until everything is combined.
  • In another bowl, mix together the baking soda, salt and flour.
  • Mix the dry ingredients into the banana mixture.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
