Ingredients
  

  • 500 g elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 cup cashews, soaked overnight and drained
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp dried mustard
  • ½ tbsp turmeric
  • ¼ tbsp paprika

Instructions
 

  • Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions.
  • Meanwhile, in a blender, combine the almond milk, nutritional yeast, cashews, garlic, lemon juice, salt, dried mustard, turmeric, and paprika. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Drain the macaroni and return it to the pot. Add the sauce to the pot and stir until the macaroni is fully coated.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
